What you need (for about 4 people):
- ~ 400-500g Chicken breast
- half a zucchini
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Onions
- 300/350g sieved tomatoes
- about 1 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin powder)
- about ½ Teaspoon Haldi (Tumeric powder)
- a pinch of Panch Puren ( indian 5-spices mix)
- a few whole cumin seeds
- a pinch of pepper
- salt
- some vegetable oil
What to do:
- Cut the onions into very small cubes. Cut the zucchini in half and then in pinkyfinger sized cubes
Cut the bell pepper in cubes (~1cm)
Cut the chicken breast in bite-sized pieces
- Fry the onions until they’re translucent, add some salt and the chicken breast and fry it until its done
- Add the panch puren, then first the zucchini and after some minutes the bell pepper
- Add the sieved tomatoes and a cup of water and let it boil for some minutes
- Add the rest of the seasoning and taste if it’s good, if not, add some more^^
(Tip: Gently crush the Cumin seeds in your hand, so the aroma comes out better) - Enjoy!
